We have used a singing bowl to ring in our mindful breathing during our mindfulness practice all year. Ms. Sablone brings her own bowl on Wednesdays and recently she learned how to make her bowl hum. She shared this with us last month.
Some students were eager to try with our class singing bowl. R.P. Was the first to try and she was successful on her first attempt. She can’t wait to show Ms. Sablone in perso RD and JH also enjoyed making it hum.
